Frequently Asked Questions for Photographers

To use the site for sales purposes, registration as a photographer is required. Registration can be done by filling out the registration form after clicking the registration button at the bottom of the "For Photographers" and "Photographer Login" pages.

After registration, a link will be sent to you by email, and you need to click on it to activate your user profile. Once logged in, you can enter billing information for automatic invoicing to clients. You will need a Számlázz.hu or Billingo account for this. Once registration, account activation, and billing settings are completed, the system is ready to use. Through the administration panel, you can create institutions and groups within them and upload the photos associated with each group. Institutions will definitely have, and groups can optionally have, a unique code, so the client can only purchase photos from the institution of their own child.

The purchase process is the same as an online purchase, except for entering the institution's login code. The client enters the institution's gallery with the received code, selects the pictures and their format and size, adds them to the cart, and depending on which package the photographer chooses, places the order. This order is then paid later according to the agreement with the photographer, either in person or via card payment (SimplePay). The digital photos are immediately sent to the client's email address and can be downloaded.
Printed photos will be developed and delivered to the photographer after the gallery's expiration date or after being sent for printing.

For the Professional package, you can enter billing information for automatic invoicing to clients. You will need a Számlázz.hu or Billingo account for this.

The Iskolaévkönyv has several packages, including a free package, monthly and annual subscription packages, and commission-based packages.

Prices are fixed for a given period and any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. These prices are always defined in the General Terms and Conditions.

Printed photos (if the photographer uses the Iskolaévkönyv’s lab) have a minimum set price, below which the photo cannot be sold.

The minimum price consists of the development fee, system usage fee, and the card payment fee. The photographer's revenue is displayed immediately and transparently when the photographer sets the prices for each photo type to be sold.
This commission includes the following services:

• Card payment fee, including the SimplePay commission
• Optional automatic invoicing. The system automatically generates an invoice from the photographer's Számlázz.hu or Billingo account.
• Storage for uploaded photos – maximum storage for 90 days
• Sales of digital images
• The paper-based, developed photos are sorted and packaged by order (per child) and received by the photographer. Only the delivery of the photos to the institution remains the photographer's responsibility.
• GDPR compliance
• Post-ordering option

Since even the smallest package allows you to define your own products, practically any photo or gift item can be sold on the site. However, it is important to note that different fees may apply to the digital images sent by us and the printed photos developed in our lab, which are detailed in the table below:



These prices are valid as of 2024.12.09. The system usage fee is calculated as a percentage of the listed sale price.

The system automatically handles the conversion of images depending on the resolution purchased by the customer.

Digital images are sent automatically to the customer's email address after card payment.

Photographers can price the photos individually, and they can set different prices per institution or group.

Depending on the selected package, the photographer can set a deadline for each group's photo types. For packages where no expiration date can be set, customers can place orders as long as the photographer does not deactivate the gallery.

Within the expiration date or until the gallery is deactivated (depending on the selected package), the photos can be purchased. Once the gallery expires or if the package allows it, the gallery cannot be reactivated for ordering printed photos. However, digital images can still be ordered, allowing customers to place post-orders for digital formats.

For paper-based photos, development will occur after the class (gallery) expiration date, and the photos will be delivered to the photographer packaged per order.

Photos will be automatically deleted from the galleries according to GDPR after 90 days from their creation.
